Gavin discovered the power of sports to unite communities as a 330 Ambassador for the LeBron James Family Foundation. Mentoring I PROMISE students, inspiring academic growth, and fostering a supportive environment allowed him to work at the center of impactful community engagement created by sports.

Years later, his awareness of climate change sparked a deep commitment to sustainability, leading him to the Climatebase Fellowship and Footprints Camp. Driven to make an impact, he took on two pivotal roles—developing a climate action plan for Cleveland Pro Soccer’s NWSL bid and building a thriving community of climate professionals at Climatebase.

Through these experiences, Gavin found his purpose: helping sports organizations create a more sustainable future by implementing initiatives that drive community engagement and reduce environmental impact.
